Thank you for choosing SereneShift for your life coaching, family constellation, HYL workshops, or Access BARS sessions. 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled for free up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via email at info@sereneshift.net
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative time that works for you.

2. No Show or Cancellation/Reschedule Less Than 24 Hours:

No refunds will be issued for appointments that are classified as “no shows,” meaning you did not attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within this 24-hour window due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. However, please note that refunds will not be provided.

3. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued for appointments that meet the cancellation or rescheduling criteria outlined in section 1.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the appointment.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you believe your situation merits an exception to our refund policy, please contact us to discuss your circumstances. We will consider each case individually and make a fair determination.
